Services
All hosting-related products provided by Raze Hosting, including but not limited to game server hosting, VPS hosting, web hosting, WordPress hosting, and other digital hosting services.
Website
The official website, client area, or any other online platform used by Raze Hosting.
Discord Server
The official Raze Hosting Discord server used for announcements, support, community interaction, and service-related communication.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using Raze Hosting services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.
Raze Hosting may update these terms when necessary. If major changes are made, customers will be informed through official communication channels, such as email, the client area, website announcements, or Discord announcements.
Continued use of our services after changes have been published means that you accept the updated terms.
3. Services We Provide
Raze Hosting may offer services such as:
- Game Server Hosting
- VPS Hosting
- Web Hosting
- Custom Hosting Solutions
- Discord Bot / Application Hosting
Service availability may change at any time. Raze Hosting may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace services when needed for technical, operational, or business reasons.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for everything hosted, uploaded, installed, or executed on their services.
You agree that you will not use Raze Hosting services for:
- Illegal content or illegal activity
- Malware, viruses, botnets, or phishing
- Spam, email abuse, or mass unsolicited messaging
- DDoS attacks or stress testing without permission
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Copyright infringement
- Hosting leaked, stolen, or unauthorized data
- Abuse of network, CPU, RAM, storage, or disk I/O
- Any activity that harms Raze Hosting, other customers, or third parties
You are responsible for keeping your account, passwords, servers, files, and data secure.
Raze Hosting is not responsible for damage, data loss, or security issues caused by customer negligence, weak passwords, misconfiguration, outdated software, or unsafe plugins/mods.
5. Account Information
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
Accounts containing fake, incomplete, misleading, or abusive information may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You are responsible for keeping your billing details, email address, and contact information updated.
6. Payments and Renewals
All services must be paid in advance.
Subscriptions, services, or invoices may renew automatically depending on the selected billing cycle.
If payment is not received on time, Raze Hosting may suspend the service immediately.
If an invoice remains unpaid for 7 days, Raze Hosting may permanently terminate the related service and delete all associated data.
Raze Hosting is not responsible for data loss caused by unpaid invoices, expired services, or account termination.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided where required by applicable law or explicitly approved by Raze Hosting.
Because hosting services are digital and often provisioned specifically for the customer, refunds may not be available once a service has been activated, delivered, or used.
By ordering a service, you agree that provisioning may begin immediately.
8. Right of Withdrawal
For consumers in the EU, a legal withdrawal period may apply in certain cases.
However, this right may not apply when:
- The service is custom-made or provisioned specifically for the customer
- The service has already been activated
- The customer requested immediate delivery
- The customer has started using the service
- The customer is purchasing as a business customer
By placing an order, you acknowledge that Raze Hosting may begin provisioning immediately and that your withdrawal rights may expire once the service is activated.
9. Abuse Policy
Raze Hosting reserves the right to investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate any service or account that is suspected of abuse, misuse, or behavior that may negatively affect our infrastructure, network, customers, partners, or reputation.
Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
- Illegal activity
- Network abuse
- Spam or mass unsolicited messaging
- Malware, botnets, phishing, or scams
- DDoS activity, stress testing, booters, or traffic flooding
- Attacks against Raze Hosting infrastructure or third-party infrastructure
- Excessive or abnormal resource usage
- Attempts to bypass limits, restrictions, security systems, or billing rules
- Abuse of trial services, promotions, or discounts
- Port scanning, vulnerability scanning, or unauthorized probing
- Sharing assigned IP addresses or network information for abusive purposes
- Violations of Discord, game, platform, or software provider rules
- Any activity that causes instability, blacklisting, complaints, or damage to Raze Hosting or others
If abuse is suspected, Raze Hosting may take immediate action to protect its services, including temporary suspension, access restriction, IP null-routing, data preservation, or termination of the affected service.
If abuse is confirmed, the service and/or account may be terminated without refund.
Raze Hosting may also report serious abuse to relevant authorities, upstream providers, datacenters, payment providers, platform operators, or affected third parties.
10. Trial Services
Trial servers or free services are provided only for testing purposes.
Trial abuse is strictly prohibited.
You may not:
- Create multiple accounts to receive extra trials
- Use trials for production workloads
- Resell trial services
- Use trial services for abusive or illegal activity
- Attempt to bypass trial limits
- Run high-resource or harmful applications
Raze Hosting may suspend, delete, or ban accounts that abuse trial services.
11. Fair Use Policy
All services must be used in a fair, reasonable, and proportionate way.
Even if a service is advertised with large or “unlimited” resources, this does not mean the service may be abused.
Prohibited excessive usage includes:
- Bulk file storage unrelated to the hosted service
- Backup storage for external systems
- Public file mirrors
- Long-term archive storage
- Resource-heavy scripts
- Excessive CPU, RAM, disk, or bandwidth usage
- Usage that affects other customers or platform stability
If Raze Hosting determines that your usage is excessive or harmful, we may ask you to reduce usage, upgrade your plan, migrate to another service, or pay additional charges.
Urgent or repeated abuse may result in suspension or termination.
12. Support
Support is available through official Raze Hosting support channels.
Official support channels may include:
- Support tickets
- Client area
- Official Discord ticket system
By requesting support, you allow Raze Hosting staff to access or modify your service when necessary to investigate or resolve the issue.
Support may be refused or delayed if:
- You have unpaid invoices
- You are abusive toward staff
- The issue is caused by unsupported third-party software
- The request is outside the scope of normal support
- The service has been suspended or terminated
13. Discord Rules and Conduct
When using the official Raze Hosting Discord server, you must follow all Discord rules and community guidelines.
You may not:
- Harass, threaten, insult, or discriminate against others
- Spam channels, tickets, or staff DMs
- Advertise without permission
- Share private information
- Abuse the ticket system
- Ping staff unnecessarily
- Impersonate staff or customers
- Spread false information about Raze Hosting
- Post illegal, NSFW, malicious, or harmful content
Raze Hosting may mute, warn, kick, ban, or restrict users from the Discord server at any time.
Discord bans do not automatically cancel active paid services, but serious abuse may affect your account or services.
14. Maintenance and Downtime
Raze Hosting may perform maintenance to improve performance, security, stability, or reliability.
Planned maintenance will be announced when possible through official channels.
Unplanned downtime may occur due to technical issues, attacks, datacenter problems, upstream provider issues, hardware failure, or emergency maintenance.
Raze Hosting is not liable for inconvenience, loss, or damage caused by downtime, maintenance, or service interruptions.
15. Backups and Data Loss
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a specific backup service is included in their plan.
Raze Hosting may provide backups as a courtesy or paid feature, but backups are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
Raze Hosting is not responsible for data loss caused by:
- Customer mistakes
- Unpaid invoices
- Suspensions
- Terminations
- Software errors
- Plugin/mod issues
- Security breaches caused by the customer
- Hardware or infrastructure failure
- Force majeure events
Customers should always keep independent backups of important data.
16. Intellectual Property
Raze Hosting retains ownership of its branding, website content, configurations, tools, documentation, systems, and custom software.
Customers may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or misuse Raze Hosting intellectual property without written permission.
Customers retain ownership of their own uploaded content, provided that the content does not violate these terms or applicable law.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raze Hosting is not liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Indirect damages
- Consequential damages
- Downtime-related losses
- Damages caused by third-party software
- Damages caused by customer misconfiguration
Raze Hosting’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the 30 days before the issue occurred.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
18. Privacy and Data Protection
Raze Hosting processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR where applicable.
Customer data may be used for:
- Account management
- Billing
- Service delivery
- Support
- Abuse prevention
- Security
- Legal compliance
Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data where legally applicable.
19. Force Majeure
Raze Hosting is not responsible for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Fire, flood, storm, or earthquake
- War, terrorism, sanctions, or civil unrest
- Government action
- Datacenter outages
- Internet backbone issues
- Power failures
- Upstream provider failures
- Cyberattacks or DDoS attacks
- Pandemics or public emergencies
- Changes in law or regulation
During a force majeure event, Raze Hosting’s obligations may be suspended until normal service can reasonably resume.
20. Termination
Raze Hosting may suspend or terminate services if:
- These terms are violated
- Payment is overdue
- Abuse is detected
- False account information is provided
- The customer threatens, harasses, or abuses staff
- The service creates risk for Raze Hosting or others
- Required by law, datacenter, upstream provider, or authority
Termination may result in permanent deletion of data.
Refunds are not guaranteed after suspension or termination for violations.
21. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted through an official Raze Hosting support channel.
A complaint should include:
- Your name or account email
- Service ID or invoice number
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Relevant proof or screenshots
Raze Hosting will review complaints fairly and respond as soon as reasonably possible.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws applicable to Raze Hosting’s registered location, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
